Virtual environment

 The virtual environment is limited in the ability of traditional team creation.  The virtual environment offers the platform for the sharing of information between the team members.   The Tuchman’s phases are adjourning, performing, forming or forming.  The virtual environment offers the increase of the employee’s knowledge, improved employee job satisfaction and commitment.  The forming phase will require the assessment of the employee’s functional skills. The functional skills will allow the offering of the virtual setting. The setting can lead to loneliness or isolation. The management will use the technique of managing ambiguity, promoting the exceptional time management and work discipline.

             The second phase will be storming. The placement of the team in the virtual environment will lead to the formation opinion problems. The identification of the problems is based on the encouragement of creativity for coaching.  The third phase is norming. The virtual management and team members will be required to formulate the set of rules for behavior and performance of activities.  The norms will help in the assessment of the hierarchies and authority requirement.  The virtual team will be required in the identification of the basic functional and cultural rules.  The norming helps in the determination of the primary goals or objectives. The identification of the approaches allows the management of the required creativity.

            The performance phase focuses on the output of the team. The technique focuses on meeting the psychological instances for the gaps or misunderstanding for the communication.  The research will assess the problem of virtual environment teamwork. The identification of the possible ways of increasing the teamwork participation has left managers with questions. The editorial will assess the different articles on the control of the achieved the virtual team collaboration.  The aim of the assessment will be based on the achievement of the virtual team collaboration, suggesting techniques of generating team spirit, synchronizing awareness on team building and the leveraging of the expertise.

 The virtual environment teamwork is affected by the confusion, fragmentation and isolation challenges.  The interview of experts and managers will help in the generation of insight.  The research literature assessment will focus on the identification of the ways of increasing the engagement of the virtual members.  The cohesion and clarity will be removed through the identification of the different issues affecting the operation of the management will be assessed.

The level of openness and transparency offered in the operation of the virtual environment allows the growth of the possible activities of assuring the success of the organization.  The virtual environment harbors the need of keeping promises. The focus on the teamwork and team members will help in the control and generation of the organizational success.  The problem of teamwork in the virtual environment has provided problems for the management in handling of the different activities.  The need for the supportive alignment forms the basis of the organization. The management of the firm focuses on the identification of the shared understandings and inclusion for approaches.  The teamwork allows the management change in dealings of employees. The management tends to treat everyone with respect and consideration.

 The purpose of the investigation will be the recognition of the diverse strategies of fostering virtual team collaboration. The assessment offers the identification of the desired team spirit allowed the increase of the morale to identify the story of the young student.

Core facilitator competencies

Facilitation encompasses the nature of running a meeting, evaluation, implementation, design and planning.  The activities focus on the systematic and explicit manner of unfolding the nature.  The nature of the participants will help in defining the approach for the manager.  The core competencies applicable for the management of the tasks by the employees are the following.

 The first competency is communication.  The facilitators will seek to express the ideas accurately and clearly. The reduction of the confusion will help in the removal of the possible problems occurring in the performance of activities.  The facilitator can be required to express a sense of humor in order to help in sensitizing an issue.  The second core competency is the personal interjections. The placement of communications or remarks hampering the growth of the team should be restrained. The lack of focus on assessing the group participation will be dependent on the domination of the conversations.

             The third core competency is on assessing the group’s atmosphere.  The facilitators have the duty of maintaining the correct atmosphere of respecting other members of the group. The facilitator helps in the expression of interest. Concepts learned

The assessment of the different concepts on six-sigma, lean and project management helped in the understanding of the following issues.  The lean manufacturing focuses on the set of principles used for the achievement of certain goals. The concept learned was on defects. The lean manufacturing, the lean concept, allowed the identification of the need of the provision of the customers who control the defects of the free product and services offered by the management. The reducing of the cycle time and inventories requirement allows the meeting for the management of the market responses.

            The six-sigma is the disciplined requirement for the data-driven approach of the methodology on eliminating the defects. The concept learned was on the strategic direction. The management assesses the possible ways they can eliminate the defects of the management Six Sigma eliminates the defects of the processes offered for the manufacturing of the transaction of the services and products.  The six-sigma offers the reduction of the cost implication for the management. The approach allows the improvement of the customer’s satisfaction. The shortening of time to market is offered through the concept.  The approach helps in the improvement of the corporation’s position.
