Open the HEIC image in the Preview app. 2. Go to File > Export. 3. Choose JPG from the Format dropdown. 4. Specify a location and name for the JPG file. 5. Click Save. Method 2: Using the Photos App on Windows: 1. Open the HEIC image in the Windows Photos app. 2. Click the “Open” button in the top right corner. 3. Click “Save As”. 4. Select “JPEG” as the format. 5. Click Save.
